日前日本東京警方破獲一起毒品案，主嫌是來自台灣的28歲男子陳致霖，及其餘兩男一女，共四名嫌犯，警方指出陳致霖等4人上個月將約2.6公斤的毒品藏在肥皂裡面運往日本，目前四人均被逮捕到案。
據NHK報導，四名嫌犯將2.6公斤的毒品分裝成各300公克的小袋，並藏在肥皂裡面。以國際快遞的方式從台灣送往日本東京都豐島區的一棟公寓，在進入成田機場海關的X光檢驗後，「肥皂」被發現了可疑成分，經警方盤查，發現竟是毒品。
目前涉嫌四人已被逮捕到案，但不是拒絕回答就是否認涉案，主嫌陳致霖表示：「什麼都不記得了。」拒絕配合偵辦。根據警方估計，這批毒品大概價值1.7億日圓，折合台幣約4800萬元。
日本警方懷疑本案是組織性犯罪，將擴大調查。根據日本警視廳統計，去年共查扣的海外走私毒品中，高達七成以上跟台灣販毒集團有關，顯示台灣販毒集團漸漸將毒品魔爪伸向日本。
